ADMISSION SELECTION PROCESS

To ensure the finest candidates enter the Paramedic field we have instituted a unique admission selection process. Requesting program information will have you in touch with our Admissions team who will be able to provide you with information on the process and the timelines involved.

Our 53 week Paramedic training program, which includes a 450 hour placement, provides the skills and knowledge you will need to practice emergency pre‑hospital medical care and to function as an integral member of the health care team, assisting victims of accidents and illness, safely transporting patients and, if needed, continuing emergency treatment after arrival at a health care centre. The Paramedic program includes clinical and field placements. Typical employers include non-institutional health services, provincial and municipal governments, hospitals, manufacturing, mining and other private sector organizations.

Payment Plan

A simple plan may be available that spreads out the costs of your education monthly over the duration of your study period. For students who qualify, a monthly payment plan may be extended beyond the end of your study period. Bad credit and no established credit can often be overcome. Registered Plans

Lifelong Learning Plan - Students who have been named under a family’s Registered Education Savings Plan may use funds from an RESP to cover the costs of education at an eligible post-secondary institution. Complete our form above for more details.

How can I handle the workload of all the classes?

The majority of our classes are offered in blocks. You start one class one day and work through that ONE class until finished. This way you aren’t juggling multiple projects and exams. We also offer class time for hands on practice and projects. We promote LEARNING BY DOING!
